Big thanks to GJ for this great review on Yelp!

"I can only speak about their service department as we bought our Kia elsewhere. I typically avoid dealer service like the plague as I have rarely, if ever, had a positive experience with a dealership repair, but these folks surprised me. We had two repairs done at the same time, one because we could only get the parts though the dealer. The cost for the first repai was actually less than my regular mechanic was going to charge ( if he could get the part) and the cost of the 2nd was just $80 more than my guy quoted. They gave us a loaner for the day while doing the repair. I was late ( after service center closing) in my pickup and they stayed the extra 10 minutes it took to get through traffic. The guy who checked me out was courteous and asked me if I had any questions. My kid left video game parts in the loaner and they rescued them for him. I am happy with the repairs and several days later we got a Robocall from the dealership making sure we were happy and didn't have any concerns. (If you do it patches you through or records your complaint, IDK we didn't need it) I didn't give 5 stars because, well, it's a dealership and frankly it's a lot for me to even bother to write a review, but these guys might just change my mind about dealership service. Hopefully I won't need service soon, but yeah I would consider going back and from me, that's saying a lot." - GJ I.
