On purpose of building a strong bond with customers in overseas and differentiating Kia's service, Kia Motors held Kia Customer Loyalty Promotion in line with Family-like Care to pursue Kia's customer-first strategy. This event invited 283 customers from 38 markets all over the world for 4 weeks on September 2012.
4 groups of loyal customers per week had chance to visit Kia Motors HQ, Kia Motors Hwaseong Plant to see the actual process of manufacturing Kia vehicle and Hyundai Steel to understand the world-first resource circulating business structure of our group.
